A Tripartite agreement between IOCL, HPCL and CPCL was signed on August 13th August 2021 at Chennai for supply of *CPCL* Products to HPCL through IOCL.
The Tripartite agreement enables Products supply from CPCL to HPCL thus maximizing sale of CPCL products within TN.
The agreement was signed by Shri. Rajesh Nigam, ED(S&D) IOCL, Shri. TNK Bapi Raju, CGM(Technical) CPCL and Shri. Narayana Rao, GM (Ops), HPCL in the presence of Shri. Rajeev Ailawadi, MDi/c CPCL, Shri.S.Krishnan, D(O) CPCL and Shri.H.Shankar, D(T) CPCL and other senior officials of IOCL,HPCL & CPCL.
