Shri M. Venkatesan, Hon’ble Chairman of National Commission for Safai Karamcharis, undertook a visit to CPCL on 01.10.2021, to review the implementation of “The Prohibition of Employment as manual Scavenger and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013”.
On his arrival at CPCL Manali refinery, he was welcomed by Shri Rajeev Ailawadi, Managing Director i/c & Director (Finance), Shri S.Krishnan, Director (Operations), Shri J.T.Venkateswaralu, Chief Vigilance Officer and other senior officials of CPCL.
To commemorate his visit, Shri M.Venkatesan planted a tree sapling. A presentation on CPCL was made and thereafter, he held discussions with the CPCL management and also interacted with the housekeeping staff.
