The Parliamentary Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment chaired by Smt. Rama Devi along with 15 MP’s called on CPCL at Ooty recently.
The committee interacted with Mr Arvind Kumar, MD, CPCL and reviewed the implementation of Welfare schemes by CPCL for SC, ST’s and differently abled persons. Also, reviewed the various CSR initiatives being implemented by CPCL.
Mr Mrityunjay Jha, Director (CA), MoPNG, Mr Rohit Kumar Agrawala, Director (Finance), and Senior officials from CPCL also participated in the committee meeting.
The Standing Committee appreciated the efforts taken by CPCL in implementing various Welfare schemes and CSR initiatives.
