Quality Control Laboratory
Quality Control (QC) laboratory plays an important role by providing Analytical support round the clock in the operation of Refinery for the production of valuable petroleum products.
QC Lab ensures that products and streams produced from the plant are meeting the quality requirements and certifies finished products for the compliance of BIS and customer specifications. Laboratory monitors the quality of incoming materials such as crude oil, process chemicals, additives and other materials used in the refining processes.
QC Lab provides critical support for process trouble shooting and optimization. QC is also responsible for timely reporting of test results to the concerned Departments and for reduction of quality give away.
Laboratory is approved by DGCA, DGAQA and CEMILAC for ATF certification.
Laboratory is Accredited by NABL for the compliance of ISO 17025.
